Reception for the photographers on Wednesday, April 4 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Reference Area.

"Making Cartoons" with Melissa Mendes

On Wednesday, April 18th Melissa Mendes, a local cartoonist and author of the graphic novel “Freddy Stories,” will facilitate “Making Cartoons” for 5th graders and up.  The workshop will run at the library from 2 to 4 p.m. and registration is limited to 10.  So sign up soon if you’re interested in learning how to create your own cartoons.  Just bring your enthusiasm and good ideas!  Call the library at 458-5369 or sign up sheet will be in the Children’s Room.
