Just in time for the new school year, the Milne Library is pleased to introduce “TeachingBooks.net”. Thanks to a grant from the WES Endowment Fund and the Alice Shaver Foundation, this literature database “provides original, in-studio movies of authors and illustrators, and a wealth of multimedia resources on K–12 books to support reading and library activities for all grades and content areas.” Teachers, parents and students — if you don’t have a Milne Library card come get one soon because this site will support your research and add depth to your enjoyment of our greatest books and best authors of the day.
