The Trustees of the David & Joyce Milne Public Library are conducting research to help inform our 2015 Milne Library Master Plan. This plan will help us set priorities for services and programs in the next 5 years. So that we may better serve you, we would like to learn more about your needs and interests. Whether you visit the Library once a week, once a month, hardly ever, or even never, we want to know YOUR thoughts. What should your public library offer to its community?
This survey should take about 10 minutes to complete, and your responses are anonymous.
If you have any questions about the survey, please do not hesitate to email Pat McLeod, Library Director, at email@example.com, or call the library at (413) 458-5369.
Thank you for your participation.
